Roseville USA BMX National in 2010, captured by Dan Mooney, features Free Agent Rockstar’s Maris Strombergs alongside Haro Rockstar’s Khalen Young. Also in the mix are Alexis Vergara, former ABA Amateur Number 1, Steven Cisar, World Number 2 in 2008, and Barry Nobles, future Vet Pro Champion.
Both Khalen and Maris claimed a USA BMX Pro title, etching their names into USA BMX history, with Khalen in 2008 and Maris in 2014. Could we see these two, along with Barry, battle again later this year at the UCI World Championships in Brisbane, Australia, for the Masters title? Now that would be a good watch.
