2018 UCI World Cup

The 2018 UCI World Cup dates are out, and apart from a new round in France, it’s the same old regular stops – Zolder, Papendal and Argentina – the only organizations that can really afford the outrageous fees the UCI charge to hold these events. It’s kind of crazy there are no rounds once again in the US. This proves the whole model needs to change before BMX racing can really move forward on the World Cup front. There are some big checks being signed but unfortunately they’re not going back into an already struggling industry.
