I met Jay Lonergan on my first trip to California back in the early 90s. He was part of the legendary P.O.W. (Pros of Westminster) House, living the BMX California dream with so many notable names from Chris Moeller, Todd Lyons, The Foster Brothers, Neal Wood, Dave Clymer, Mike Griffin just to name a few.
